We will try to get as much information as possible and speak with the customer to make sure we are performing to their standards!

We have over 20 years of experience in security, video, smart home automation, audio, and home services!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Started out while in college and it turned into a career!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all types of customers. Residential, commercial and government offices.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently installed a large multicamera warehouse and provided peace of mind to the customers.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask as many questions as you can and make sure you feel that the provider is a good fit. Its not always about the price, but quality, guarantee of work, and support are very important.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Sometimes Thumbtack does not push all the information through so I would suggest being as detailed as possible in your descriptions so that the providers understand before providing a quote. Also make sure to check if the provider is licensed and insured to add that additional peace of mind.
