What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Prices vary due to how personalized your security system can be. For basic services calls, our base price, which includes our trip fee and the first hour of labor is $199. Each other after is $75 an hour/

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once we get in contact with a customer, we'll schedule a time to send out a tech to conduct a property survey for an estimate. We'll then work on getting you an estimate within 72 hours. Once you've had a chance to review it, we'll schedule a time to get your project started.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our techs have been in the industry for over 10+ years! They have seen and worked with countless systems, and always are willing to learn.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started when I was 18 working for different alarm installation companies (ADT, Safestreets). I then moved into the low voltage world with smart home automation

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all types of customers including: -Customers who needed security features on their primary residence installed such as surveillance cameras and intrusion alarms -Customers who needed security features to secure their brick and mortar business, such as access control and intrusion alarms -Customers who need net work and data ran and terminated in their commercial spaces -Customers who needed integration for all of their audio/visual needs such as integration of their home speakers -Customers who needed smaller tasks done such as doorbell camera installations or extra ethernet lines

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don't be afraid to shop around, find a professional who will explain what it is you need and don't need, find a professional who can talk through different options with you.
