We're not the cheapest, but we're also not the most expensive. We use quality products, take pride in our workmanship and stand behind work. Our goal is to be the best value.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We take the time to meet with our clients, educate, and provide solutions that exceed expectations.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
We're fully trained in all the products and services that we offer.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I started in the industry when I was 19 years old and established Freedom Systems when I was 22, back in 2005.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We've worked will them all and prefer the ones who appreciate quality at a fair price.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We recently installed a 53 camera system for an apartment complex. They loved it so much that they just approved 10 more cameras.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The difference is in the details. Don't be afraid to ask why. A professional will enjoy the discussion and be happy to educate. Ask for references. Research how long the company has been in business.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Licensed? Good Value? Is this contractor going to be around long term? Good reputation? How do they respond when things don't go as planned?
