What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Working through details in order to make certain this is the perfect fit and will at least meet (if not exceed!) expectations. I do send a contract that needs to be signed and usually require at least 1/2 of the pay upfront in order to 'book me' on a certain date.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I hold a Bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of North Georgia...BUT, I have taken private music lessons throughout my college years and continue to do so even now! I always said that I would bring my business degree and my music 'together' so that is what I am working on! I am a proud professional!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Like lots of people, I just had a love of music. I had a cousin who is the same age...and at about 14 he got into guitar and started showing me some things...from then on I was hooked...I started writing songs and learning songs. I ALWAYS found that I liked the 'classics' MUCH more than most modern music...I began performing in my late teens and through my twenties...I took private lessons throughout college and continued to work hard to meld my 'business' degree with my passion for music...and this (thumbtack) is part of that experience!
