What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is straightforward. The rate includes everything: DJ, speakers, table, cords, microphones, lights. During this COVID-19 pandemic, we are not requiring deposits and we'll refund any payments made if a cancellation is required.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once we're confirmed, we review the event details to ensure your music, and other DJ services, needs will be met. We willingly complete phone calls, text messages, emails, and face-to-face meetings as per your preference.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

With almost 10 yrs in business, we have experience in virtually every type of setting with all types of clients and audiences. DJing is a practice, that we hone and sharpen every chance we get.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

In 2012 we got started with DJing a house party that featured some poets and musicians. With that performance, others began to request working with us.

We have worked with pretty much everyone

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Guest DJing a long-standing open-mic event led to the great opportunity to be the Resident DJ for Fair Trade Cafe in downtown Phoenix, 2012 thru 2017, where I DJed many of their events including First Fridays Art Walk on Roosevelt Row

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would encourage customers to ask all of the questions that they have.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Event location and place for setup can be the most important details for a mobile DJ. From the customer's perspective, ask about the DJ's experience aand/or comfort with the music that you're going to want/ request during your event.
