My greatest passion is music and it doesn't matter where I am, I'm going to give it my all. I've been performing live music for over 12 years and my repertoire spans from the 1950's to the present, ranging from The Beatles to Tom Petty to Nirvana to Chris Stapleton. (Ask for my song list!) I perform over 100 private events per year, so I'm great with a wide age range, special requests and can assist with event planning (around the entertainment). In lessons we lay a solid technical foundation through a combination of scales, exercises, and etudes. We build musicianship skills and healthy practice habits through studying great pieces, from Suzuki books and popular songs to the famous violin concerti. I believe excellence empowers. Through violin lessons with me, I invite students to pursue excellence in violin-playing and see how it transforms their lives.
