Hi there, I'm Kyle and I've been tickling ivories for 33 years, professionally since I was 7. My high energy and unique virtuoso arrangements of beloved songs across all styles & genres are sure to please any crowd of any age. From Adele to Sia, Webber to Bernstein, Mozart to Chopin, Gershwin to Porter, Jurassic Park to Game of Thrones... I've got it all. My repertoire is vast and touches on all the nooks and crannies of the music world. My specialty is classically-infused arrangements of pop/rock songs you've never heard played on a piano before... fun, surprising, and perfect for a game of Name That Tune! (ask to see my song lists!!) We could discuss beforehand the exact setlist you'd like, and I'm very adept at reading the room and tailoring my selections to the crowd. My music never fails to get the room singing along!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

*Special requests are more than welcome, I love learning new material for any occasion. Once we've connected I'll issue a contract and collect 50% of my fee before the event. * The remaining balance is due the day of the event.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My education/training comes from real-world hands-on experience. I've got 33 years playing the instrument under my belt and 31 years experience playing professionally 🎹

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My mother asked if I wanted to learn when I was 5 and my answer was "yes!" I started playing Wednesday nights at an Italian restaurant when I was 7 years old and haven't looked back.

What types of customers have you worked with?

On sites like Thumbtack, I typically work with 3 types of clients: -Wedding couples that would like music for the ceremony and/or cocktail hour. I love providing specific requests for bridal entrance, candle lighting, exchange of vows, etc. -Corporate event planners looking for specific music for their event. -Private parties of all shapes and sizes including birthdays, graduations, and just good old fashioned hangs. Usually these are in the clients' home but I'll gladly play at any venue chosen. Additionally, I've done more than my fair share of fine dining, luxury hotels, musical theater productions, vocal recitals, silent films, & professional dance companies
