What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- All inclusive: each quote includes and shows all costs, e.g. sound gear, travel [...] - The payment works best via PayPal invoicing (You don't need a PayPal account). 50% of the price is due up front so I can hold the date. The remainder of the balance is due after completion of the performance. In case that an event is canceled, the deposit will be refunded  - Contact me directly this way I can offer discounts

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Do you have questions or special requests? Has your event a specific theme that can be accommodated musically? I can help with that, e.g. arranging single song requests or a complete musical program. General logistics + arrival for setup and soundcheck (10-20 minutes max) is usually one hour before begin; timing can be adjusted to match the needs of the event + the only technical requirements on my end are one regular power outlet, and 2 chairs / stools, for myself, and to lift the sound equipment + Please let me know the exact address of the venue so I can plan ahead.
