What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing comes down to duration of performance and location of the event (city). A quote will be given once the information has been received.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The process will begin with the client submitting the information for the event. If I am available to perform on that date, I will submit a quote to the client. After that, we will make up a Music Performance Contract with all information for the event and also a deposit will be due at contract signing to confirm and hold the date for the event. Payments can be made for the final balance and final balance will be due prior to the event.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have over 20 years of performance experience entertaining audiences in the Bay Area.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have experience working with many different clients and events such as weddings, corporate events, house parties, baptisms, birthday parties, anniversaries, as well as with many different venues.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently performed at a wedding and played the pre-ceremony music, which I performed love songs, as guests were arriving. After the ceremony, the guests were directed to another area of the venue where I was performing Jazz music for the cocktail hour. After that, the guests were directed to the reception area for the dinner reception and speeches, where guests were entertained with instrumental Pop and R&B music.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Find the style of music that you feel you and your guests would enjoy at your event. Also, find someone that is flexible and easy to work with.
