What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I provide discounted rates for weekday events. I also provide discounted rates for military personnel and first responders.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to get a feel for exactly what the customer is looking for and provide a customized experience for each event.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 25 years professional experience performing at many types of events including weddings, receptions, restaurants, wineries, Corporate Events and private parties. I practice every day as I want to continue getting better!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I just started playing a guitar when I was 16, and I never put it down after that.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with thousands of customers including event planners, restaurant and winery owners, and many people from young to old celebrating all sorts of occasions!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I played at a recent corporate event in Indian Wells and all of the guests got into it. They made requests, sang along, and everyone had a great time! I love to see people happy and enjoying themselves as I play my music.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Listen to multiple samples of the musician’s work so you get an overall vibe of his or her talent.

What does your quote include? Have you performed at this type of event before? Can I have a customize song list? Will you learn my favorite song, and will you send me a sample of that song? Do you have all of your own equipment? Do you have samples of your work?
