Hi I'm Sandy Hackett. I've been making people laugh for 40 years. I love doing all kinds of special events, casino parties, birthday parties, roasts, comedy clubs, and performing arts centers. I have appeared at every major casino in Las Vegas dozens of times. I have performed with Kenny Rodgers, The Oak Ridge Boys, Bobby Vinton, Rich Little, Paul Anka, Randy Travis, Three Dog Night, Smokey Robinson, The Kingston Trio, Lanie Kazan, Della Reese and I spent 10 years touring with my father Buddy Hackett. I would love to come and entertain at your event and make you and your clients, customers and or friends laugh.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I live in Los Angeles. I will get myself to where you need me to be for your event and put myself up. If you would like more than one performer I can add performers for an additional fee depending on what you are looking for. I can also write special material for your event if you'd like. My fee is $2,000, I pay all of my own travel and lodging.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Pretty simple; you hire me, I show up and do a great job. We can communicate by email or phone and I am happy to answer any and all questions you might have. I can also customize the event and writes special material for your event for a little bit more. I am flexible and happy to work with you in every way possible to make your event and my performance a wonderfully entertaining evening for everyone.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Film. TV, Performing Arts Centers, Theaters, Casinos, Comedy Clubs, Cruise Ships, Retirement Communities, Corporate Events, Private Parties, Fundraisers, Charity Events, Golf Tournaments, Summer Stock Theaters, Amphitheaters, Etc... 40 years and over 12,000 performances to over 5 million people.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I had my first performance on national television on Rowan & Martin's Laugh-In 1968. My father once told me "Do something you love and you'll never work a day in your life."

Performing Arts Centers, Theaters, Casinos, Corporate Events, Country Clubs, Golf Tournaments, Fundraisers, Retirement Communities, Ski Races, Private Parties, Roasts, Retirement Dinners, Holiday Parties, Birthdays, Weddings, Cruise Ships, Comedy Clubs, Film, Television, Charity Events, Military Bases, MWR Tours, Summer Stock, Nightclubs, and Amphitheaters. I have worked with Kenny Rodgers, The Oak Ridge Boys, The Righteous Brothers, Randy Travis, Tanya Tucker, James Darren, Jerry Vale, Della Reese, Paul Anka, Smokey Robinson, The Temptations, Bobby Vinton, and my father Buddy Hackett. You name it, I've worked it!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I wrote and produce Sandy Hackett's Rat Pack Show and My Buddy. Both shows have been successfully touring the United States for many years. I am proud of them both and have been selected to perform at the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah as one of only a few live performances as an alternative to the independent films.
