Whether it's playing solo acoustic, with a full band, or anywhere in between, I've been performing cover and original songs for over 25 years. My repertoire spans from the 1960s through the present, ranging from The Beatles to Bruno Mars. (Ask for my song list!) My shows and my vibe are very positive. When acceptable, I love to go out into the audience and involve them in the show. I love to perform, entertain, and bring joy to others. My goal as a singer and guitarist is to bring joy and happiness with music, songs, and smiles. 😊

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We negotiate the date, time, location and rate. Then we fill out a simple agreement confirming the details.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

BS degree in communications from SFSU, college courses included music theory and composition, piano and sight singing. I’ve been performing around the Greater San Francisco Bay Area for over 30 years at Summer Concerts, Festivals, Fairs, weddings, birthday parties, nightclubs, restaurants, churches and cafes. I perform solo, as a duet, trio, quartet or a quintet.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I love music and playing the guitar. When I realized I had the talent for it and I decided to go for it. I've never regretted my decision.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Birthday parties, Holiday Parties, singing telegrams, weddings, Anniversary Parties, Corporate events, etc. I also love performing at festivals, Summer Concerts, and County fairs. I love kids and I love engaging with them at outdoor events in the Summer.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently did a Holiday Party at Testarossa Winery in Los Gatos. It was a 4 hour performance and it was super fun. The client was extremely happy as well as the guests.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

For any customer, great and clear communication is key when setting up an engagement. Phone, email, texts - we have such great tools nowadays. Also being clear about what is needed and expectations.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should think about: 1. What's the theme of the event 2. What music style they need 3. Size of the performance space including power, stage, lights or cover.
