What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our pricing for our productions are based on the amount of time needed to prepare for the event, the length of time on duty at the event, the number and skill level of the personnel appearing at the event, the equipment needs of the venue, any booking fees we need to cover, and any travel and lodging costs associated with the event, along with our general business overhead for things like advertising, insurance, wardrobe and equipment repair and replacement, office expense, utilities, legal and professional services, website maintenance, orchestral charts, purchased special music for the event, etc. We can offer any client an exact all-inclusive price, once we have learned the details of what we are being asked to provide. We ask for a Retainer/Deposit with our written agreement so we can begin our prep work, then we collect the balance of our fee on the day of the event.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with an in-depth consultation to learn exactly what you would like to have happen at your event. From this discussion, we create a custom Timeline and send it to you for your approval. Once the Timeline is approved we go to work on creating the Soundtrack for the event, which includes every requested song you have chosen, plus appropriate music to fill in the entire time of the event, and all music, whether it is recorded, performed live, and/or played by our band, is aligned with the Timeline, so all the special moments include the correct musical selection. On the day of the event we arrive well in advance of our start time to load in any music and sound equipment, set up our staging area, and change into the agreed attire suitable for the occasion. We then remain on duty throughout the agreed timeframe and upon the conclusion of our duty time, we breakdown and remove all of our gear and leave the area in the same condition as we found it. We always follow up with our client to insure good customer satisfaction, as you can see from our Over 100 Recent Five Star Client Reviews on our website under "Testimonials."
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our personnel are highly trained in their respective fields, whether they are in our Gaming Division, our live Musicians Division, or our Tribute, MC and Impersonator Division. Our Musicians are expert Chart readers and have many years experience with multiple orchestras, since they finished their studies at noted conservatories or highly rated Jazz Programs at leading Universities. Our Performers are the tops in each of their respective categories, and have won numerous awards and accolades for superior work. For example, our Frank Sinatra, Matt Snow, is the Most Booked, Top Rated, Longest Running Tribute Act of all time, according to GigMasters, the world's Largest Online Booking Site.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
In 1971 Matt Snow began, at the age of 15 years old, to perform every month as a vocalist with live musicians in local jazz clubs and restaurants and banquet halls, and at wedding receptions, doing primarily songs from the Great American Songbook, by such artists as Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole, Tony Bennett, Dean Martin, etc. Over time, he added services to his repertoire, such as providing live musicians, providing full sound equipment, and performances with other Stars in the act, as well as Casino Gaming Partners who would provide to Matt's clients Gaming Tables and Professional Dealers, Pit Bosses and Cashiers for Monte Carlo Parties where Matt was providing his Rat Pack Show. Today he still tours the USA, doing about 150 appearances each year, as well as numerous TV, Radio, Film and Internet appearances, so by now millions of people have seen his work and enjoyed it.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Mainly we do Special Occasions, when someone wants to make a great impression for some reason, and we are the facilitators. We make Lasting Positive Memories.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We do high quality receptions, casinos, festivals, cruises, resorts, corporate functions, charity galas, clubs, grand openings, private parties for birthdays, anniversaries, etc. We love them all! The length of time varies across the board, depending on the client's wishes. For NYE 2015, we appeared at 3 shows earlier in the day from 10AM-3PM for the high rollers brunch at the Hoosier Park Casino near Indianapolis with Frank Sinatra, Marilyn Monroe and our pianist, then that evening at the famed Columbia Club in Downtown Indianapolis for a high end soire with a Playboy Club-Theme, sold out, with the Nation's #1 Dean Martin, and Sean Connery, and Frank and Marilyn, from 7PM to 1AM. Whew! A long day, but we had a blast.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The best entertainers book up quickly, and sometimes years in advance, so what date do you want to hold your event? Where will you have the event? When will your guests first arrive at the venue? When will the event conclude? Most likely you won't want workers hauling equipment in and out during the event, so you have to think in terms of a Load-in and Set-up time prior to guest arrival, and the process needs to be reversed at the end of the event. Most Important of all, check the references/testimonials/reviews of your entertainers to be sure you are dealing with experienced professionals who show up, on time, ready to do a great job.
