Introduction

~~~Positive, professional, and engaging…wherever your plans take us!~~~ Frank Giovetti . com / Private Events ⬆️⬆️⬆️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⬆️⬆️⬆️ (THOUGHTFUL REVIEWS, PROFESSIONAL MUSIC CLIPS, COMPREHENSIVE VIDEO COLLECTION, DIRECT CONTACTS & MORE) My New Friend, WELCOME! And thank you for considering me as your entertainer for a most special event! I would be honored to help your event SHINE, and create an experience your guests CANNOT stop talking about! ✨ MY EXPERIENCE: In just over a year of full-time operation within the events space, I have: 1. Booked Over 100 Performances 2. Generated Over 150k in Booking Revenues 3. Been Awarded and Maintained Prestigous Top-Pro Status on Thumbtack Nationwide I have been blessed to play for loving brides and grooms as they walk down the aisle on their biggest day. I have played for Fortune 500 companies as they graciously reward employees and clients. I’ve played for VIPs at Olympic Qualifying Events. I’ve helped throw countless RAGERS (high-energy parties) that will be talked about forever. There is no vibe unseen. From yachts, to ballrooms. From the heart of metropolis to the middle of nature. I’ve played in tiny corners and atop massive stages and everything in between. My song list is extensive and inclusive, reflecting countless hours of effort and building. It features music that is familiar and resonant, across all-genres (sans mariachi, pre-prohibition era) played in a style that is fresh and personal to my experience. (List available on website above!) SERVICES I PROVIDE: - Solo Acoustic Performance (Vocals and/or Guitar) - DJ - Accompanying Acoustic Musicians - Full Band Shows - Professional (Self) Recordings - Emceeing/Speaking Appearances SERVICES I DO NOT PROVIDE: - Booking Agency For External Talent - Free/Exposure/Non-Compensated - Looping/Tracks TRAVEL SCHEDULE: I travel across and out of the country throughout the year, booking to booking, most-often in my touring van with my pup Cabela 🐶, taking flights when ground transportation has been deemed unsuitable. I am most often in South Florida “eventing”November through March, doing fly-outs/day-week trips as booked through the season (staying in warm weather as much as I can), but am ALWAYS open to accommodating your spectacular event requests. I DO NOT CHARGE TRAVEL FEES. My quoted rates are flat, as opposed to hourly (reflecting demand and opportunity cost), and all-inclusive: Booking, Performance, Sound, Lighting, Travel. ***I Offer Insurance Upon Request*** QUICK NOTE ON MARKET POSITIONING AND PRICING (PLEASE READ BEFORE REQUESTING QUOTE VIA THUMBTACK OR OTHERWISE): There is a phrase I tell every potential client looking for a “deal” or a budget provider: “You will ALWAYS be able to find someone to do it for less in this market.” I am however, not that provider. I am exclusively a premium provider. If you choose to contact multiple providers, there is a strong chance I will be your highest quote. There is also a chance my quote will fall above your budget. Please reach out directly (via my website) for budget concerns, and I will do my best to accommodate honestly, as I am able. There are three things you will ALWAYS find in your personal booking experience with me that can easily and most often will be sacrificed in “budget bottoming” or working with multi-level booking agencies: 1. Professionalism 2. Top Quality Music and Entertainment 3. Tip to Tail Premium, Personal Booking Experience In my humble opinion (and experience as I’ve seen from inquirers pre and post), the cost of having a proven, invested, CARING provider always outweighs the alternative. PHILANTROPY: For 501(c)3, pro-bono, and philanthropic requests, kindly email as listed on website. I have a passion for service and am happy to discuss requests for performance OUTSIDE of PRIME BUSINESS HOURS (non-weekend, Mon-Wed) FINALLY, PLEASE take time to read the thoughtful reviews from all of my wonderful clients throughout the country, and never hesitate to call directly for any questions or aid in helping plan your special event. I can’t wait to join you for an unforgettable time together, Frank Giovetti MINIMUM FEE: 1.0K (local, < 1hr travel, < 1 hr performance, non-prime business hours)
Q&A
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
unfold fold
I'm happy to create a quote that adheres to your budget! Price varies based on factors including (but not limited to): - Duration - Travel - Content (Covers, Originals, Requested Covers) - F&B - Parking and Accommodations ***If applicable (Band Members and/or Sound Engineers)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
unfold fold
Learning about your event and the proposed vibe is PARAMOUNT! I am flexible, responsible and a good communicator who puts an emphasis on building a trustworthy relationship tailored to the hopes and dreams of each client for their event! After contact has been established and interest is confirmed, we discuss details, deliverables, and price. A deposit may or may not be delivered to secure your date and any updates requested in terms of travel or preparation can be delivered between booking and date serviced. On the date, I show up, set up, and do my thing at minimal effort or attention necessary from the client. Teardown is care-free as well. Payments are to be completed before leaving the event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
unfold fold
I have been performing and touring in venues across the US for years! I've set up and played in hundreds of spaces and helped as many organizers/managers/planners! Training in set-list/catalog flexibility, PA equipment, and client interaction has been the most beneficial in my experience!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
unfold fold
Following my MBA, I began studying music, songwriting and live performance. It was always something I wanted to try earlier in life, but I never jumped in. As I began studying, practicing and writing, performing live was the natural next step. Working with clients outside of the traditional club/venue scene has been a wonderful way to honor both my growing artistry and musicianship while reflecting my training in business and entrepreneurship.
What types of customers have you worked with?
- Private Events (Weddings, Cookouts/Parties, Songwriters Rounds, etc) - Corporations (Business Offerings, Corporate Gatherings and more) - Bars/Restaurants - Breweries - Yoga Studios - Wine Bars & Wineries - Festivals - & More!
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
unfold fold
Performing for organizations that have clear brand recognition (Hugo Boss at the Dallas Cowboys facility, Microsoft in downtown NYC, Hilton as they welcome in droves of convention members, to name a few) will always be stimulating and help build “booking confidence” and excitement with my future clientele. These are true “résumé builders”. Personally though, whether it’s the contact with the big, well-known company, or the bride on her wedding day, or the man of the hour on his 60th birthday, the feeling and response I’ve grown fondest of is “Frank we couldn’t have had a more wonderful time. You made the event.” It’s about the feeling! In such a response I know that I’ve helped, in my most humble way, a most special moment to exceed expectations and those attendees to have a wonderful and memorable time. To answer the question directly, it’s Mark and Marci in South Florida “Best decision we made to have Frank Giovetti entertain”. It’s Lexi and Justin in North Carolina “Could not have had the wedding we did without him”. It’s Jackie-Sue in Texas “Our guests could not stop raving about Frank.” The list goes on and on: I’m fond of them ALL of course! Please visit my reviews as I can’t list them all here. “How long did it take?” is a question best suited for providers in other fields, but as for my clients: we keep the party going until there’s no more partying to be had. Lol 😎🎉.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
unfold fold
Work with someone you would like to hang out with! Professionalism is also key. There are SO many talented musicians out there, however MANY lack either the business or social skills that help create a seamless event. At the end of the day, people always fondly remember a positive, personal experience; the less of a headache you make it for yourself the better. Lol. Let's get started!
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
unfold fold
Ask yourself these questions: - How long would you like a performance for (hours)? - Covers or Originals or both (or does it even matter)? - What songs do I associate with the vibe of my event? - Do I have sound equipment or do I need the performer(s) to bring their own? - What is my budget? - Why have I not reached out to Frank yet? ☺️ Generally, asking someone like myself to talk through an experience can aid in the planning process. I'm happy to do so regardless of whether we work together!
