What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

-Minimum payment of $150 is for 1st hour. $50 for each additional hour, including short breaks. There is a $50 down-payment at time of booking.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

You are only charged for the event, not set up or take down time.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Over 30 years as a flutist. Various genres and songs to choose from. Tell me what songs you want and I will do my best to make it happen. I can also suggest songs.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Originally performed in Pennsylvania with a music group before moving to Maine

What types of customers have you worked with?

Mostly Weddings Ceremonies & Cocktail Parties. Christmas music, Irish music and Funerals. I'm interested in expanding venues.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I played flute at the Westbrook, ME Library for a valentine event. I played a Christmas open house at Hometown Furniture in Standish, ME.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Find someone dependable, who shows up early, so your not worrying if your musician will ditch your event.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Will you play the songs I request? Do you have a sample?
