GUITAR LESSONS While teaching, I like to keep things light, yet educational. We start with the basics at a pace tailored for each student. I believe in positivity and encouragement are the key to letting people learn at their own speed while enjoying the process. Music should be fun! My teaching style comes with a with a college degree, a healthy dose of experience after 22 years of playing and 16 years of teaching. I believe learning needs to be fun to get the most out of the experience when beginning or refining a hobby. All styles, ages, and walks of life are welcome. Hello! My name is Sam Hagen. I provide voice and piano lessons to students in Twin Cities area. I'm passionate about high quality music making and teaching. Lessons are a time for each student to grow individually both inside and outside the studio. I received a Bachelor of Music degree from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa and a Masters of Arts in Teaching degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Students can take lessons in-studio or in-home. Music is the artistic pulse of life and everyone should benefit!
