I generally use professionally recorded backline instruments which enable me to sound like a complete band for a fraction of the cost! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I really try to meet the needs of my customers and work within their budgets. I do offer value pricing for regular, reoccurring bookings as well as events under 25 people.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

It's all about providing the moment(s) they are looking for. I ask them to 'paint a picture' of how their ideal event would be. If there are some favorite artists or songs desired I do my very best to include in my performance.

25+ Years of performing live.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

One song at a time, playing for tips in restaurants and parties.

Private home parties, 200+ people outdoor venues, restaurant dining rooms, bar/lounges, weddings, receptions holiday celebrations, corporate functions, trade shows

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

The July 4thholiday celebration for the local VFW😊. It had special meaning for everyone involved.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask for performance references and research the repertoire & experience of the performer. Do they communicate well? Are they responsive? Previewing audio & video samples are a must!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Be able to describe the venue and their objective (paint that picture of how you see the event playing out). What happens if the event extends beyond the planned time? Alternatives planned for outside venues if the weather doesn't cooperate? How in touch is the entertainer regarding song choice, music volume, etc.
