What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our minimum fee is $600 for a gig within 30 miles of 89120. Every gig is a different situation depending on time/distance traveled etc. Please reach out to inquire and we would love to put together a custom quote for your special event based on your specific needs!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

An interested customer will typically reach out in an email or private message first. Then we would set up a call to solidify specifics. Once booked, we will issue the customer a contract and request a 50% save the date deposit . Once the date is confirmed, we are open to answer any further questions via call, email or text. The balance is due on the day of the performance.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Freaky has been a working musician for his entire life. He has been in countless bands doing up to 150 shows a year for the last 10 years. He has a ton of real world, professional experience with the entire process from branding, marketing, development and booking to performing. Faith has been in a few different projects spanning from a 13 piece jazz/blues/rock band to a high energy dance cover band to working with writers from Warner Bros Studios in Nashville. She also hosted her very own karaoke business beginning at the young age of 14.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

For Freaky, there was no other route. He was born with a guitar in his hands, playing his first KISS cover gig at age 12 in the local mall after winning a contest and going into the finals. Faith grew up on a small farm in Iowa, singing along with the radio in the tractor. She went on to start her own karaoke business while still in high-school and made it into the Iowa All State Choir as a freshman. While her passion for music never faded, she took the long route to doing it professionally, first attaining her PHD in Harley-Davidson Mechanics before jumping in full-time with Freaky.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Typically there are 3 types of clients I work with. - Wedding couples that want music for ceremony, cocktail hour and/or reception. - Corporate event planners that need music entertainment for their specific events and parties. - Private party clients. These are typically celebrations like graduations, milestone birthday parties, anniversaries or just an excuse to get together with friends. Sometimes we will perform in the client's home or outdoor setting. Sometimes the client will rent a venue for the party. We are open to the client's needs.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Our favorite project recently would have to be playing for the Nevada Broadcaster's Association Hall of Fame Gala. We played a one hour set for their cocktail hour followed by singing The National Anthem for their opening ceremony. They contacted us about one month in advance to secure the date and organize. We can work with shorter notice if we have the calendar space. We can't go without mentioning the last wedding we played as well. We were hired to play two songs during the ceremony and then we played a one hour set during cocktails/dinner. They followed our set with a dj for the dance portion of the evening. The combo really worked well!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We have worked a variety of events and have lots of combined experience to share. We can offer specific advice on anything from flow of events, length of performance to song selection for example. Please reach out with any questions.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

A couple things to consider to help make the booking process as efficient as possible would be to know your budget in advance and also have the venue confirmed before contacting us. We are flexible, but this would be the ideal situation.
