A retainer is required to secure your date, and the remaining balance is due prior to your event. Discounts may be available for weekday events or multi-day bookings.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start with a quick discovery call or message to understand your event needs and vision. Once we've confirmed availability, you'll choose a package and we'll send over a contract and invoice. After your date is locked in, we'll customize your booth experience and stay in touch leading up to the event to ensure everything runs smoothly.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our team brings professional experience in event planning, customer service, and digital media. We've also trained directly with our photo booth software and hardware providers to ensure every setup is seamless and high quality. We stay up to date with the latest trends and tech to offer a top-tier experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

This business started from a love for celebrating special moments and capturing memories in a unique way. after attending events with photo booths, we realized there was so much room to create something elevated and fun. That passion grew into 717 Photo Booth Co.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We worked with a wide range of clients. Some which include Brides to grooms to corporate teams, birthday planners, and small businesses hosting pop-up events. Whether it's a luxury wedding, a sweet sixteen, or a company holiday party, we tailor each experience to match the vibe and vision of our clients.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of our favorite recent events was a baby shower in New Jersey. The couple was expecting a baby boy and had already picked out his name, so we incorporated it into the custom photo overlay and props. Their theme was blue and green dinosaurs, so we designed a fun, playful setup with Dino cutouts, tropical greenery, and matching digital templates. From planning to execution, it took awhile to put everything together. The final setup made the parents-to-be light up with joy.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you're not just looking for price. Look at the quality of their setup, responsiveness, and the level of customization they offer. A great photo booth adds energy and interaction to your event, so choose someone who truly cares about the experience as much as the equipment.
