What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is based on hourly rates for parties and events.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We first discuss their needs and wants for their event or party and I send them a contract to fill out and return along with the required deposit of 50%. If they have any questions or concerns we are here to help and with get back asap.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been painting for 15 years and have my child abuse clearance and Pa state criminal clearance.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got started by helping a local church when they did a free face painting event.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types young old special needs all types of people. We strive to make everyone feel the same. We love working with all are clients and customers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My most recent project was painting the baby bump of my daughter-in-law and future grandson.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

My three items of advice would be to please make sure the person you hire is using professionally FDA-approved face paint, makeup products, and cosmetic products. Second, make sure they have insurance. Third check their portfolio to see what kind of work you can expect from that company.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How many people will be attending? How long you would like to hire your artist? Do you have a special request such as themes, etc?
