Introduction

The duo that will make your party one that guests will rave about! We didn't come up with that. It's what clients say to us 99% of the time. 😆 We specialize in professional, high-energy, crowd-interactive shows as a duo with a full-band sound covering songs from all genres and decades. We focus on professionalism, communication, quality, never cut corners, and ensure you're 100% happy. We are a married music duo based in Little Rock, Arkansas. We are full -time musicians and can be seen as the resident act at Oaklawn Casino during the Hot Springs, Arkansas, racing season going into our 10th year for 2025! We perform in Santa Barbara all of July and St. Maarten in the Caribbean all of Nov every year to perform 6 nights a week! We love to tour internationally, but after 20 years, we love to be home in Arkansas and can travel 150-200 miles if needed. We would love to provide music entertainment tailored to your event for a truly unforgettable night! Our duo packs a full band sound using stacked keys for a bass guitar sound and drum machine (totally volume-controlled). Our trio or full band option adds a drummer and up to four pieces (add bass guitar/electric guitar). Our strength is connecting with crowds of all ages playing all genres of music by request, as we know over 2,000 songs. We perform 1-4 hour shows and have all the sound and lighting needed for appr. 400 guests. We even have laminated song lists and request forms that we can tailor to your event so your guests can interact with us and request their favorite songs! Each night and crowd is different, and after 20 years of performing, our forte is reading a crowd, playing music from their nostalgic years, and taking them on a journey where they will lose themselves in fun and camaraderie with other guests. We take pride in every show, from weddings to yachts, private concerts to corporate events, and even opening for ZZ Top, Sawyer Brown, and on National TV... we will throw a party anywhere! Contact us today for a quote and more details! - Susan Erwin Prowse P.S. Also, we can offer a dueling piano show. We book the Willy D's Rock & Roll Piano Road Show. Just let me know what you need.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Our minimum fee is $750. We can typically perform as a duo for up to 3 hours at that price, and would need to discuss whether or not we need to provide our sound. Each quote is different, so please reach out for an exact amount.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Typically, the customer will email us to start the conversation. We'll then schedule a quick call to discuss the specifics. From there, we will issue a contract and take a 50% deposit to hold the date. Once the date is confirmed, any questions and follow-up calls are welcomed. The balance is due on the day of the performance.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I (Susa) have over 20 years of worldwide touring, over 4,000 shows, and countless educational resources related to the music industry. Cliff & I have performed over 1,600 shows since 2016. I do have an honors degree in Pure Mathematics and 4 years of experience as a Radio Frequency Engineer in the corporate world.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Susan: I discovered piano bars in Little Rock, AR in 2003. I jumped in this unique niche in the music industry then. It's taken me worldwide, to 7 countries, performing as a full-time musician from Branson, Los Angeles, Vegas, New Orleans, Caribbean, Europe, Cruise Ships and more. Cliff: I grew up playing music and was a paid musician in my teens. I played in Nashville, then came back to Arkansas and was playing in bands when I met Susan in 2016. Since then, we have been performing and touring internationally as a music duo.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Typically, there are three types of clients we work with. Wedding couples that want music for the ceremony cocktail hour, and/or reception. We performed as a duo up to a 4-piece band. Corporate event planners that need music entertainment for their specific events and parties. We even provide emcee services and help with the flow of the programming. Private party clients. These are typically celebrations like graduations, milestone birthday parties, anniversaries, or just an excuse to get together with friends. Usually, we perform in the client's home. Sometimes, the client will rent a venue for the party. We're open to whatever the client decides.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We usually book out 6 months are longer, but depending on availability can provide entertainment as soon as a week out. Our Fri/Sat are usually taken already, but please inquire. We recently played a private lake house party and interacted with the guests from the patio while they swam and partied in the pool. We jumped in the pool afterward by invitation. lol

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Since we perform events every week, we can offer our advice on anything from the flow of events, length of performances, and song selection.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Before contacting us, the client should know their budget and confirm the venue where the event will take place. We're flexible, but these details help us with the booking process.
