Introduction

We have some of the best DJ's in the 757. The way we stand out is we offer so much more. For example our Dj's range in a variety of ages so we have Dj's for any age event. We also offer karaoke at any type of DJing event at no extra cost. Karaoke Resultz have packages for children's parties that consist of characters, popcorn Machines, snow cone Machines, cotton candy machines, fog machines and photographers. The thing that we enjoy the most about what we do is the joy we bring to our clients.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I offer a variety of different services so the more services you need the better the package price. I like to think we are very reasonable. We do this because it's enjoyable not for a living.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

My process for working with a new customer is putting myself in there shoes. It's not every day that someone needs to hire a dj or Kj so I'm very patient with the customer. I'm also willing to step in and offer suggestions if they are needed. But most important I know how to follow directions.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My education started as a child. One of the first things I remember in my life is music. I went from singing around the house to the choir to band to performing with groups to karaoke & DJing. Every single time I can offer my services for someone's special event I'm getting a education.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

The way I got started in this business was my passion for singing. I sang in a group that was signed to a couple of record contracts that didn't pan out. However I still had a burning desire to be on stage and stay close to music. My passion for performing turned into a karaoke company that led to my djing. Now I have a unique business where we offer both for no additional fee's.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all types of customers. Starting with 7 year old Birthday parties to huge corporate events. Lots of wedding receptions and family reunions, Christmas parties and karaoke fundraisers. We have also been honored to have been hired to play at military khaki balls and community events.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A recent project that I enjoyed was a corporate event that I was able to use my entire team and family for. Not only was I able to DJ and do karaoke but I was able to bring out my bounce houses, snow cone, popcorn, and cotton candy machine along with some of our characters. It was a great family atmosphere and everyone had a great time.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure the dj has a quality system would be my first piece of advice. It's also important that he or she understands what you are looking for and is well versed in the type of music you would like played. I would also suggest talking to your dj or kj before you hire them to try to get a feel for there professionalism.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What exactly am I looking for in a dj. What type of system does he or she have, what comes along with there services ( lights, fog machine, karaoke ) Is there a set up fee. Do they have any discounted packages.
