Serving all of Southern California, we have 20+ years experience providing elevated comfort food, using local seasonal ingredients and french-trained technique. My roots are southern, yet I have lived and travelled around the world, tasting and learning along the way. We offer an extensive menu and affordable packages to help begin the selection process. We will work with you to add dishes and services to create the catering experience you desire, while keeping your budget in mind.

Our cuisine is fresh, healthy and delicious Mediterranean food. No matter the quantity you order, our recipes are consistent every time. Your guests will ask you where you got this food because they will want to use our services for their next party.

We are a caterers only. We do both Traditional BBQ and Mexican BBQ and other foods from low-cost to upper end cost. We customized menus to fit budgets, wants and needs. We can do back yard parties for a minimum of 25 people. We also have the capacity to do events up to 2500 people. We can accommodate anybody's needs. We also do holiday parties with customized menus.
