"Let's Break Bread" is a phrase I use a lot when I want to spend quality time with a person, couples or families to talk about life, aspirations and/or make important plans and decisions. I truly believe that the way to a person's heart is through breaking bread.
I am a retired veteran for 24 years. My family and I have traveled all over the world. We lived in Italy for 7 years. We've been to Korea, Portugal, France, Croatia, Austria, Greece, Rome, Sicily, Florence, Pisa, Milan, Venice, Spain, Middle East and etc. I have been cooking & baking for over 35 years. I am passionate about cooking, baking and serving people through food. I believe that everyone should eat well and enjoy food with people they love and their families.
I provide meal prep service, private chef and cater for any occasions. My cooking repertoire is diverse. I cook Asian, Mexican, Spanish, Southern, American, BBQ and Italian food. Boodlefight style of breaking bread is one of my most requested service. In a Boodle Fight usually food are served on top of a table lined with banana leaves. Rice is placed in the middle and are either served on top or on the sides of the rice.
I provide quality service, use fresh ingredients, and offer a variety of food options. The most important ingredients I put in my food is LOVE. Breaking bread is a special experience that is shared and where things come alive!
