What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

we always attempt to make you feel like we care. we always make effort to reasonably accommodate your budget for projects or recurring visits. 10 percent fellow veteran discounts and 5 percent seniors 60+

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

site visit with free Estimate on site, detailed bid sent via email within 24 hrs, if accepted we draft up a contract signed by both parties. at which point if any changes or scope of work needs to be changed we work with you to make your vision come to life. followed by scheduling and job/ project being conducted. We always conduct final walkthroughs post job completion.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Commercial herbicide applicator, Hunter industry academy irrigation certified. 15 years experience in all landscape phase trade

How did you get started doing this type of work?

As a teenager and really started engaging and learning the trade after my time in the Army infantry

Commercial, residential, winery, property management.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

a large 2 acre pond and 1/4 acre pond wetland bog / waterfall and aeration install. 4 months time for 3 phases of project

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

look for a provider who takes the time to over engage in your vision. if they aren't as enthused as you might be I would recommend you find a outfit that might go the extra mile

- ask what they can provide to go the extra mile for you. ask about package Bundles and price saving options . don't pay more then you need to feeling pressured
