Marsh Design | Build was created out of a simple observation: too many projects fall apart in the space between design and construction. Customers are often left coordinating between designers, engineers, builders, and city officials—only to watch their original vision get diluted by miscommunication, delays, and change orders. Our firm was built to offer something better. ​ At Marsh Design | Build, design and construction are part of the same conversation from day one.
