What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We operate on a standardized pricing system meaning you pay the same as everyone else per job/task! This method eliminates price gouging by set pricing as well as eliminates the worry of $125/hr+ getting milked out all day and material runs you pay for.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Evaluation, Education, Provide the customer with options, It's Your Money! YOU choose how you want to spend it!

Tankless water heater installs tend to be alot of work but keeping busy for 2-3 days is never a complaint!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The importance of hiring a licensed Plumber or Electrician cannot be stressed enough! Comparing price to quality should come FIRST when investing in your home. It is NOT cheap to have a professional service provided At Your Doorstep and Often times handymen can be cheaper ( all though it is illegal in Colorado to bill for Plumbing/Electrical Unlicensed) but typically don't have the proper training to perform CORRECT installations resulting in a second contractor, higher bill, or worse damage to your home which will NOT be covered by their insurance as Colorado Legislature deems it illegal. Choose your professional as you would any. ie doctor, lawyer, ect. Be sure it's a fit and you trust them. Make sure you trust their degree of knowledge as many plumber's come with many different skill sets. Most of all be sure you are receiving a quality install with quality products and materials for a long term solution. Lastly, factor the warranty into your price. Dont get fooled by the old 1 year parts 30-180 days LABOR warranty, be sure your labor warranty is 1 year minimum but ideally longer. The warranty is part of the value as you do not want to pay twice be sure you can hold the to the fire, especially with something large like a water heater! "Cheap Labor isn't good, and good labor isn't cheap"

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Am I prepared to pay a professional for their evaluation since I am just shopping??? What Product would be preferred for a replacement??? What Am I really shopping for when obtaining quotes??? Is it just price? Am I comfortable with the cheapest pro working with water, gas, waste, and flue piping for my water heater ( emits carbon monoxide) in my home?
