Pricing is based on current industry pricing; I try to be as reasonable as possible and make sure we both walk away satisfied.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to get to know the customer on a personal level and build a relationship with them before talking about business.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I've been plumbing since I was a teenager, my father was a contractor in Oklahoma and taught me a lot before he retired. I've also been in many management positions as well as training positions for entry level apprentices in the field.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My father was a contractor, as well as my grandfather.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with customers from all over the country, from simple service work to complete home remodels.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

The most recent that comes to mind is the mansion I was an apart of helping build in South Carolina. It was a 12-bedroom 9 bath home that took us roughly a year and a half to complete the plumbing in.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be mindful of handymen who claim to be a plumber, some may cause more problems than they solve.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How long they have been in their trade and check to see if they have any photos of projects they have completed.
