What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

The pricing is fair for both the customers and myself. I have worked in the past with large companies and am very proud of the craftsmanship that I have always done and some tricks of the trade I have picked up in training siminars with those companies.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I will come into the situation with my priority of taking care of the customers. once I acknowledge exactly what is going on we will come to an agreement and complete the job.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have had water heater training on gas/electric water heaters, also special training on wells, sewage ejectors, sump pumps and special training on tankless water heaters, mechanical training of chillers and boilers

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have always since a child watched my grandfather and father work on people's homes and from their reputation I continued in their shoes by helping in anyways possible. plumbing stuck with me and I enjoyed the problem solving aspect of service.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with many different types of customers and in this type of business we run into a lot aggravated customers due to their current situations. That's ok and is the reason I do my job to help people in any and all situations if possible.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

It's not always the length of time the job takes, if you have a plumber who knows what they're doing speed should be an asset. With a job done correctly, efficiently and with speed everyone wins.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always be forthright with information on project for that day.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Tell how long issue has been occurring? What type of piping is in the home? What age of the home and equipment that has issue?
