What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer upfront pricing on most all projects! send us a photo and call to chat about details and we can get you a quote! We accept credit cards with no additional processing fees. Senior and military discounts available.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We gather some basic contact info, and a few details for their particular job then either provide a quote if we are able to quote virtually from photos or we will schedule a tech to come out if it needs assessed in person first.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are State licensed for plumbing, OH LIC 50954 and also carry a private water systems license for Ohio PWS #004106. Our team has over 25 years combined industry experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started out working for area municipalities and other plumbing companies but found a large gap in the market for high quality customer service based plumbers. We strive to offer high quality repairs and installs with a professional grade service but no high pressure sales gimmicks or upcharges like many of the competitors.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with residential & commercial customers in the Dayton region and surrounding areas.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do your homework and make sure your contractor is insured and experienced. Plumbing is an integral part of your home or business and you want a professional to get it back up and running correctly. Make sure your contractor has high quality references for their work and will honor any type of warranty or workmanship guarantee.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Ask if they receive a commission based on the job they complete. This ensures you get a true repair recommendation versus an up sale on commissions. We strive to offer honest upfront options for repairs or replacements that are truly needed, no sales gimmicks here. This allows our customers to make informed decisions for their home.
