What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We enjoy meeting our customers and LISTENING to them. What do they need done? What deadlines exist? We hope to convey to them that we are a trustworthy company and have their best interests in mind at all times

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have a passion for plumbing and i to love what I do. I enjoy meeting new customers and dealing with new issues dealing with problem solving and finding a solutions for it

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

water heater, i turn off the water supply and i took the old water heater out i use a garden hose to drain the tank i turn on a faucet to allow the air into the system i disconnected the gas line and water lines i also detached the gas exhaust from the flue hat them i sat the new water heater in place them i install the heat trap fittings and i installed l water line connections, connected the gas supply line test the gas line for leaks, lighted the pilot, turn the control knob on it took me 4 1/2 hours

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would tell them to look to establish a friendship with whoever it is you will give your business to. Make sure that they are responsive to your phone calls and emails. We realize this and work hard to ensure that you feel like our only customer. And while we realize that this is a business agreement we want to take stress and tension out of the equation and build a friendship throughout the process.
