Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Plumbing can sometimes be a frustrating, yet neccessary job to tackle. for instance, we may get a call for what seems to be an easy fix and once we investigate, we can find ourselves in a world of problems. with that being said, sometimes prices can vary depending on that situation.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I want to be sure that any new customers are getting the best experience out of me. I do take pride in my work, and although I can't always please everyone, I can safely say that I gave it my best.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I joined an apprenticeship program while attending school for 5 years. hands on was always the best.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
im a 1st generation plumber, father was a Jack if all trades..I wanted to do something different so I went to school for 5 years for plumbing, worked in the field since 2011.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
make sure you feel comfortable with your professional. prior research of said issue is vital! also, be sure you're hiring a licensed plumber for plumbing related issues. not only does a license verify they know their trade and state and local coses, but its also a way to know you're not letting someone with a felony into your home.
