My name is Rita Bourne, I am a Water Safety Instructor certified by the American Redcross I am also CPR trained. My primary focus is to instill water safety in all students. I have over 18 years of experience from mommy and me classes to swim team development. I am competent at all levels of teaching and bring all needed equipment to each lesson.
