What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

The price that you see for your pest control service is the monthly breakdown. Your pest service is done at a quarterly schedule and are billed at a quarterly schedule as well. Please let us know if you have any questions before your service and we will be happy to fully explain your service and price.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start with the basic interview. What’s going on, for how long has it been going on, and what do you expect with your results. Then, we go over our maintenance plan with you and specifically detail how it will be performed to your home and what results you can expect. We’re sure you want to get your problems solved right away. And we’re eager beavers ourselves and want to give you those results asap.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have over 20 years of experience in the pest industry. All of our technicians are trained every month with continuous education that helps maintain license requirements that’s mandatory for state issuance.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our neighbors started asking for pest services because they were tired and frustrated with the bigger corporate companies. We started with a small neighborly route in Murrieta. Our neighbors loved us so much that they started referring their family and friends, and our small Murrieta route quickly started to spread out. Now, we service all of Riverside County and San Diego County as well. Local Murrieta and Temecula businesses started to take notice of us and quickly signed up for services with us as well. We are proud and honored to service all our family and friends and never take for granted the privilege we have to help our community of customers with their pest control needs.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We specialize in residential, commercial, and property management companies. For our residential customers, we use eco friendly products that are safe for people and pets. For our commercial customers, we provide detailed reports after each visit and keep a logbook on site with records of services and reports. And for our property management companies, we service retail centers, property rentals, and other property managed locations.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

“I can hand you a scalpel, but that doesn’t make you a surgeon.” The DIY approach with subscription brands is not the ideal approach for your pest problem. A licensed professional has the training to understand the biology and entomology of the pests your having issues with. We treat the problem, not the symptoms. As for working with other companies, we do not condone it! MVP Solutions has a different view: we’re customers ourselves and love to have choices. We hope you choose us, but understand you have options and can go with another company, and that’s ok! Every pest control company in California has to use the same chemicals, and are not allowed to deviate from them. The only difference you’ll be getting is the customer service experience.
