What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We customize the price based on the services you would like us to perform. Every home is different and every pest issue is never the same. We offer discounts of one time & ongoing pest management services.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will schedule your services to meet your schedule. You will receive notifications for upcoming appointments and know when you technician will be arriving. Technician will greet you at your door and walk thru the pest service process and ask about any specific pest issues or needs. Our office will communicate with you regarding any additional appointments and customize your account for the specific service your requesting.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All our technicians are are certified and licensed with all local and state governments. Our technicians receive weekly ongoing training to be able to offer the best service and new industry standards.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Originally we started in the pest control service industry working for a company. What we found is that they didn't service properly and cut corners to save money. We learned from this and used our knowledge we learned plus what customers wanted and expected. This set us apart from the vast other pest control companies around and gave us an advantage regarding servicing and maintaining our customers. Being hands on working in the field with our customers we don't lose touch of what matters most.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Doing this for over 15 years we have seen it all and worked with about everyone. Nothing we haven't seen or solved. We service all types of properties from residential, commercial and industrial. No job to big or small.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

You want a company that has many years of experience. A company that still have the human touch and doesn't send you to a call center for help. One that is small enough to work with you directly but not so big that they don't care. Ask lots of questions, the answers you get will tell you all you need to know. We are in the service business and you are the boss.
