What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Reach out to us to discuss the inspections that are needed in your area. Discuss the cost of the inspections needed. Then we handle the rest. We schedule and arrange access into the home. In most cases you will receive your inspection report the same day as your inspection is preformed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Licensed North Carolina - Home Inspector. Licensed North Carolina - Termite Inspector. Licensed North Carolina - Septic System Inspector Over 29 years in the business.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have been working with buyers and sellers for many years as the contractor that repaired and remodeled the home. I decided that helping the buyer was a lot more rewarding job and I felt that my 30 plus years of contracting knowledge and being able to discuss the reports with hands on experience with my client would much benefit home buyers.

We work with Real Estate Agents and Buyers Purchasing a home. We also work with homeowners who would like an inspection of their home before placing it on the market or just a maintenance inspection to help with prioritizing their Honey-Do list. We provide Septic Inspection, Termite Inspections and all levels of Pest Control Services.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Home Inspections normally take 2-3 hours to completed. We are happy to review and answer any questions at the end of the inspection. We do our best to have the Home Report back to you within 24 hours.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

"Always" read the reviews. Google your potential hire to make sure your are making a educated decision on the best contractor available to you.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

You are getting ready to make the single largest investment that most of us will ever make. Price for anything is always important but in the such a large and long term investment don't let price decide who you want protecting you and educationing you on the condition of your future investment. Hire someone who you feel is truly experienced and knowledgeable. But most importantly can explain to you the concerns with the home in a fashion that you can understand so you can decide what is truly an issue with your purchase and what is not a big deal to you.
