What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We have great fall/winter sales and are offering different coupons for different pest concerns.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We focus on setting up estimates/inspections at no cost so we can offer you the best service price for your needs as we know this is an investment for peace of mind.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am licensed in New York State to operate as a commercial applicator with 4 sub categories and nuisance wildlife control. I am also a commercial operator in the commonwealth of Connecticut State, and commercial applicator in Pennsylvania. I also have different certifications in AIB and Purdue university in Integrated Pest Management.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started at the age of 21 and moved up within the industry as a service technician, to sales, service management and operations management. I am currently owner of JKR Pest Solutions.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with many clients from residential, commercial and national accounts.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I am very proud of helping my former employer close multiple state bids that have helped his company grow and become self running. I hope I can accomplish those things with my own business.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I'd say that every Pest control provider should be able to give you an inspection and always offer the best solution that works for you. It's important to always practice the power of 3's. Make sure to always get different opinions as Pest control is an investment.

There are many questions but the most is to make sure they are ready to have an inspection. Do you offer free inspections? Do you offer one time or recurring services? Any discounts? and much more.
