Pricing is based on square footage of home or business. I give vets and senior citizens discounts.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Either call or text. All my customers are part of the Rogers Exterminating LLC. family from day one.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Certified Applicator in Pest Control and Termite. I take classes year around to maintain my pest control licensing.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

A friend of mine got me in the pest control industry.

All kinds of customers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I did an initial service for German food roaches in the kitchen and bathrooms. I inspected every inch of that house. Baited all kitchen cabinets, pantries, etc.. Dusted all plumbing penetrations under sinks in bathrooms. After, one treatment I solved the problem. It took 2 hours to finish.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always do your research. check reviews, Ask for different treatment methods. Check with different companies.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Do I need to remove anything out of my cabinets? Do you treat the attic? How often does my home need to be treated? Every 3 months? Will I get the same technician as before? What types of payments do you take?
