I’m a credentialed math teacher with a degree in Math from UC Berkeley, a Master’s in Teaching Math, and 17 years of experience as an educator. I care deeply about student learning. I tailor my lessons to student needs and to the topics being studied in class. I engage students, they are active in the learning process (student-centered lessons).

Thanks for checking out my profile! I began tutoring full-time in 2019 after graduating from Washington University in St. Louis (WUSTL). As a 27 year old with over 5 years of experience tutoring, I can relate to my students on a personal basis and explain material in a way that is practical and simple to follow. I teach many different subjects, including all levels of Spanish, all levels of math through calculus, and SAT / ACT prep. My favorite subject to teach is Spanish, because I began learning it in high school and became fully fluent after living for a year in Madrid, Spain! I like to tell my students this because it shows how school can lead to exciting paths in the future. I look forward to working with your student to help achieve them their full potential!
