Disclaimer: I DO NOT ACCEPT INSURANCE Hello, I'm Tina Crawford, a Christian certified pre-marital, marriage, intimacy and life coach. In my role, I specialize in helping couples nurture peace, love, happiness, and a healthy sex life within their relationships. We all aspire to have fulfilling connections, but relationships can be quite the rollercoaster ride – from confusing to exciting, exhausting to fun, and everything in between. I also work with individuals that are wanting help in creating the life they want to live. I specialize in forgiveness of self and others for healing. It is detrimental to stay stuck in a place where you can no longer move forward and the bitterness that rests within you only continues to grow. I want to help you experience the freedom of Jesus through forgiveness and healing. You are worth it. With qualifications including SYMBIS certification for premarital coaching, Infidelity Recovery Certification, and CFLE-P (certified family life educator), I offer my services both in person and online. While I'm based in the Iowa City/Cedar Rapids area for in-person sessions, I also provide online sessions through Zoom. Please note that I do not accept insurance at this time. My coaching sessions last 60 minutes and are priced at $86-$150 per session. Sessions include your one-on-one time with Tina, a recap email note and personalized homework. Whether you prefer in-person meetings in North Liberty, IA, or the convenience of phone or Zoom sessions, I'm here to help you transform your relationship into what you desire. Drawing from my 22 years of marriage experience and my educational background, which includes a BA in Human Studies with an emphasis on Marriage and Family, as well as a Minor in Biblical Studies from Arizona Christian University, along with my Family Life Educator Certification, I bring a wealth of knowledge and personal insight to my coaching sessions. Through my guidance, you can expect to improve your communication, resolve conflicts more effectively, enhance your friendship, and strengthen your sexual intimacy. Many couples I've worked with have overcome conflicts and emerged from our sessions in a much happier place. When you choose to work with me, you'll always leave each session with the confidence that your relationship is progressing positively, that you're loved, and that you have someone genuinely dedicated to supporting you. Let's work together to take your relationship or marriage from where it is now to where you both want it to be!

VIRTUAL SESSIONS IM FROM MONTANA AND WORK WITH PEOPLEALL OVER THE US!!! HOWEVER IF U DONT WANT VIRTUAL PLEASE DONT CHOOSE ME PLEASE ALL COUNSELORS PAY FOR LEADS THANK YOU We are Christ-Centered. Therefore, we point people to Jesus and not a program, as He delivers us from our sins and sufferings. But suffering is very real this side of eternity and we seek to love people well. So we listen and understand the situation and circumstances before applying the gospel to hurting people. People need the Savior, not a system of self-salvation. We are aware that human behavior is tied to deeper motivational drives, and we empathize with the struggle of living in a fallen world. All human acts come from a worship core, either disordered or rightly ordered. We know that our triune God is relational, therefore we are called to live and grow in community. The Church is the primary context in which change should happen and we aim to come alongside the Church, not take her place. We believe the God of Creation teaches us who we are. Therefore, we look to Scripture and find redeeming grace to address the needs and struggles of the human heart. After all, Scripture is sufficient and speaks to every disordered human condition. We understand human beings are both spiritual and physical beings. A variety of bodily influences impact moral response. We take the whole person seriously, and we must speak well physiologically and theologically in order to know an individual. We realize there are many influences in a person’s life, such as family dynamics, widespread abuse, various addictions and physical dependencies, behavioral patterns, and health issues. All of these shape a person spiritually and physically. Although these things influence us, they do not determine who we are. Our true identity is found in our union with Christ. We believe in God’s common grace to all people, and we have gained many helpful tools from the modern world of psychology. We aim to be on the cutting edge of learning while resting in the sufficiency of Scripture. We witness Jesus Christ enter into our world as a man demonstrating His understanding of our needs in humanity. We realize that no two people are alike, so we carefully enter into each person’s experience, as Christ entered into ours, listening well and expressing thoughtful insight into the individual experience. We believe that Jesus is our hope and He gives grace in the midst of our afflictions. However, our Savior promises no instant cures, as the process of change takes place in the Holy Spirit’s timing. Further, the Holy Spirit’s work is always to the glory of God and the good of His people. We Will offfer a 20 min free consult to see if we can help. I do offer discounts and adjust sliding scale for services

At Heart & Soul Biblical Mentoring, we help those that are wrestling with different struggles in life, such as anxiety, depression, grief, marital strife, addiction, lack of motivation, and crisis through discipleship. Many discipleship programs fail because they incorporate vague goals rather than executable plans, and focus on fleeting emotions rather than authentic change. We give you the tools to overcome and take back control over your life. We want to help you spiritually thrive and become the person that God has called you to be. After the free initial consultation, we work together to create a plan, and then transform that plan from paper to reality. Reach out to us today to set up a free consultation. ***We also specialize in sex and pornography addiction. Seth, our biblical mentor, knows firsthand how hard it can be to break free. With nearly half the adult population of the United States addicted to pornography, this soul-crushing habit causes deep rifts in one’s relationships with God, with loved ones, and even with self. Many have tried to break the chains of this addiction and failed, which has only increased their sense of guilt and shame. Eventually all hope is lost of ever being set free. But, we are here to tell you that hope is not lost! The problem with most porn recovery strategies is that they emphasize doing over being. They encourage the exercise of will-power and personal accountability, rather than the inner work needed to overcome the addiction. At Heart & Soul, we help clients do the inner work necessary to break free from porn and restore relationships. Are you ready to take the next step toward sexual freedom? Contact me for a free consult today. We offer bundle prices as well. Let me know if you have any questions. Disclaimer: I am not a state-licensed therapist or psychiatrist. The services I offer focus on mentoring, discipleship, and guidance for personal and spiritual growth. While I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, these services should not be considered professional therapy. If you are seeking therapy from a licensed counselor, I recommend reaching out to a licensed mental health professional.
