We professionally hand clean all tiles and grout. Machines are good for cleaning the tile, but since Grout Joints are recessed, the machines cannot get down well into the grout joint to do a thoroughly cleaning of the joints. Machines cannot clean corners, we clean all corners. We have professionally hand cleaning floors, showers and countertops since 1999. We take great pride in our work and have an A plus rating with the Better Business Bureau. We need to do an estimate prior to coming out and are not like a carpet company that prices floors "by the room". We will come out, measure your floors, see the tile size, the grout color (very important in case you need repairs or even a color seal) and give you an accurate estimate. If you would like a ball park idea on what the cost will be before we come out, we can do that if you message us (or call us). We will not give a price that we cannot honor, we need to see the floors or showers or at the very least, message/talk to the client to give them an idea of pricing. Thank you for your understanding
