We go to outside sources to find this amazing product. IF the truth were to be told most professionals out there use a pH of 10 or higher. We were one of them several years ago.The higher the alkalinity the more problems for your carpet. The difference of a 11 pH and 10 is ten times the difference. The PH of our product measures out between 7.8 and 8.3. This is pretty unheard of and quite rare among cleaners.
