We specialize in residential site development, new construction, additions, and remodeling. Unlike many other contractors we are a one stop shop for all of your construction needs! We provide feasibility studies, drafting and designing services, permit tech services, site development, and all aspects of construction. We have our own in house design team that can generate permit ready blueprints, 3d renderings, and virtual walk throughs of your new design. We will assist you with your design and material selections providing you with professional architectural designers, interior designers, material show rooms, and selection lists. No details are left untouched! We provide "nuts and bolts" proposals based off of your design that includes all materials with applicable model #'s and installation costs for each aspect, so that you know exactly what you are purchasing. A detailed scope of work and a payment schedule is provided with our contracts. We utilize a high end construction software for our customers that provides a portal log in for you. This portal will allow you to view all of your contract and loan documents. Daily logs posted by our employees and staff with pictures showing daily progress on your project, a working schedule, communication tabs to your project manager and Owners of Healey Construction, a job price summary including contract price / change orders / job running totals / payments made / balances due / upcoming invoices. Though this software you are also easily able to pay invoices via ACH, credit, or debit. Our pricing is very competitive and we do our best to provide proposals based on your budget and project needs.
