What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Offer a 5 🌟 "The Best For Less" price, consistently surpassing client expectations, but doing it for less than our legitimate competitors. You don't want a "cheap" move. It can he disastrous; but "Elite" (experienced, trained professionals) and "Affordable" (Best Value Moving Co) is the perfect combination.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Owner Operators review every moving detail , taking action to ensure out client's receives a stress-free, efficient, and affordable move. Crew is meticulously selected to meet specific client needs, and owners are hands on, frequently taking part in the move itself just to ensure total client satisfaction. Every move, every time!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Militiry background. Decades of real-time moving experience. Crew is made up of highly skilled movers. This is not their job; This is their career. They are highly skilled professionals; not "2 guys on a Truck".

How did you get started doing this type of work?

2 owners; called by a client *(true story) The "Ying and The Yang Of The Moving Business," realized that together they had an opportunity to both service the community and build an honest, reputable company that will be passed on to there children.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with people from all over the world! soldiers, sailors, IRS agents, farmers, teachers, celebrities, hard working single parents, hard working married parents 😀, college students, and colleges. high school students and high schools. priests, businesses, churches, big corporations, small businesses, and the guys in the middle. judges, veterans of all types (thank you for your service) and a guy named Frank.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We moved a pool table this week. This can be a disastrous task for a mediocre mover. Our team was exemplary. The table was literally in better condition after we moved it.🙌

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do your research on a mover. Affordability is important, but "cheap" can cost you tens of thousands of dollars. Don't just trust anyone into your home and with your family's belongings.
