Hi, I’m Daniel, and I love three things: my family, stories, and learning. I am passionate about improving at everything I do. It isn’t enough to be good at Sudoku or video games. I have to be one of the best. Yes, I’ve even researched how to get better at Sudoku. This same passion demonstrates itself in my stories. I don’t want to tell good stories. I want to tell the best stories. I have told stories for my church since 2010, but in 2018 I wanted to branch out and start telling other people’s stories. That’s why I launched High Ridge Photo. I want to hear and tell more amazing stories. What kind of stories do I want to tell? Weddings are great because I can tell the story of two people. Their goals, their dreams, their imperfections. At the end of the video, I feel like I know their story better than almost anyone else. Every year, I want to partner with about 7-10 couples to tell an amazing story of how they met and the love they share. I also love to tell stories of business owners. I want their clients to understand why this business exists. I want to help the business owners connect with their future clients in a way that the client knows their passion long before they walk through the door. Finally, I want to tell the story of family. Outside of my faith, my family is the most important thing to me. We have quite the dynamic with our little one and our pup. They are so much fun. Just as we have that, I know others do too. I love catching the moment between a dad and his daughter, or a couple that just loves laughing together. I love the inside jokes and all the things that make family amazing. Whether it’s a family, a business, or a family-to-be, I want to tell your story. So, I guess the question is not “What kind of stories do I tell,” rather it is, “What’s your story? And how can I help you tell it?”
