My Workflow:
1. Discovery Call: Define the project terms together and sign an agreement.
2. Coverage: Seamless on-site video coverage of your event, flexible in case of time extensions, delays and more.
3. Production: Efficient production while providing you with realtime progress updates via your preferred method of communication. I’m happy to schedule continual voice or video calls for any projects requiring more conversation.
4. Delivery: Once we reach the point of completion, the final deliverables will be shared with you in the requested digital formats.
How I charge for production:
- Rate: $150/hr is my standard production rate, however I’m aware projects range in complexity and duration. After hearing the specifics, I’ll be able to give you an accurate quote right on the discovery call.
- Method: I can take most payment methods as listed on my Thumbtack page. If there’s one you prefer that’s not listed, I will be able to accommodate.
