I have been in the food industry for 20 years and I started this company because I love making people happy by providing them with the best food and the best ingredients in competitive prices. As a mother of three I understand how important it is for people to enjoy a freshly cooked meal which not only tastes great but is made with the best possible ingredients. I love what I do, it is my fourth baby and am extremely proud of our recipes and the reaction we get from our customers. I offer excellent menus with base prices starting at $45 for catering and $100 for personal chef services. I still have a few free dates and I would love to cook for you! I am a one chef company so you will always get personal attention with me. This will not be a cookie-cutter event. "Country French”, “Tapas Nueva” and "Farm to Table Italian" are my Specialties. My Roots are Southern, so Cajun, Creole and Deep South BBQ are Personal Favorites. I also do an Amazing Wine Country BBQ Wedding that I call CALI BBQ, it is my most Affordable and Popular Option. Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Juan Torres and for the past 20 years I have been working in some of San Francisco's best restaurant's. Since the age of 19, I have been in profesional kitchens, learning under great Chefs. I am classically trained, in French, Spanish, and Mediterranean cuisine. Currently I am the Executive Chef of Lolinda Steakhouse and El Techo de Lolinda our rooftop restaurant. Culinary graduate, and expert in cooking for offsite events.
