As your caterer, I can prepare an intimate dinner for two or a full buffet up to 1000. I specialize in southern and family-oriented cuisine. I also do Mexican, Cajun, and Italian. I offer full service catering or drop off only. I have a food truck and can prepare almost anything onsite. I love it when a client has no clue about the detail or theme for their event because that challenges me to put together my ideas and " wow" my client on their event day.
