What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We begin with a non-refundable, $50 consult, which becomes a deposit if hired. You will provide photos/details for your vision then I will present you with 2-3 offerings with estimated costs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have an MBA in business and training in project management.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I've always had a desire to create thoughtful, memorable experiences for my family. People outside of my circle began asking about services and if I had a business...and the rest is history!

I have worked with all types of customers, various age groups and budget types.

Customized labels! They take about 8 hours including time to design the label.
