I can though provide a wedding keepsake certificate, officiate your ceremony on your special day...and reconect to sign your license once you have it if needed. I arrive 30 minutes before each wedding, touch base with the couple, wedding coordinator and DJ. Perform the wedding ceremony. Attain witness signatures, sign and file wedding license.
